Delivery Lead Times

Curtains:

Ready made Curtains 3-5 Working Days. (* This item is either in stock at our retail outlet or available for direct dispatch from the manufacturer.)

Ready made curtains labelled 'Next Day Delivery to Uk Mainland' will be dispatched for next working day on orders placed before 12 Noon to Uk Mainland and Northern Ireland Customers. (excludes drop alteration).

Ready Made Curtains purchased with drop alteration 5-10 working days. We will send a confirmation email when the order has been dispatched with an estimated date for delivery.

Made to Measure Curtains are delivered within 28 days of confirmation and payment of the order. Once the Made to Measure quote has been agreed, measurements finalised and payment received, the order will then be processed with an estimated completion date. Once completed customers will be notified of dispatch.

Curtain Poles and Curtain Tracks:

Curtain poles and curtain tracks marked 'Next Day delivery to Uk Mainland' will be dispatched for Next working day delivery to Uk Mainland and Northern Ireland customers. Delivery times are between 9am and 5:30pm. All other desinations will vary between 2-5 working days. The above excludes made to measure curtains poles and curtain tracks.

Made to Measure Curtain poles and Curtain Tracks estimated delivery is 14 working days. We will notify customers when the order has been dispatched via email.

Blinds:

Ready made blinds marked 'next day delivery to Uk Mainland' will be dispatched for Next working day delivery to Uk Mainland and Northern Ireland customers. All other destinations will vary between 2-5 working days.

All made to measure Blinds have individual lead times. These lead times are displayed with the product information. Where possible we do keep customers updated on order completeion and dispatch.

Made to measure blinds with 'Next day delivery to Uk Mainland' icon are available for next working day delivery to Uk mainland and Northern Ireland Customers. Orders must be placed before 12 Noon. An email confirmation is sent once the next day order is approved.

Questions customers often ask regarding delivery:

Q) Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

Ans) Yes, just state the delivery address at the checkout, remember that some of our products are quite long and maybe quite heavy (ie curtain poles and wood blinds).

Q) I wont be in, can my order be left with a trustworthy neighbour?

Ans) Yes, fill out the delivery instructions at the checkout and state your neighbours name and address. Couriers do request that items are signed for in order for us to be able to track where and who has received your delivery.

Q) What happens if the courier calls and im not in?

Ans) The Courier will call and leave a contact card if you are unavailable. From there you will need to contact the courier to arrange re-delivery. If re-delivery is missed the next re-delivery (third attempt) becomes chargable so be sure to make concrete arrangements for re-delivery.

Q) Can I request the product be left in a secure place in or around my property?

Ans) Yes, you can request for the product to be left in a secure place at the check out. We will pass that information onto the courier although we cannot guarentee that every courier will leave items unsigned for. In most cases where it is safe to do so instructions are carried out. In the case of a courier not willing to leave items unsigned for please refer to re-delivery above.

Q) What happens if my order arrives damaged?

Ans) If the rare occasion was to happen when an order arrived damaged we would arrange collection of the damaged goods and request a replacement product be dispatched. If your order has arrived damaged please call us on 0844 381 4984.

Returns Policy

Curtains

Ready made curtains can be returned within 7 working days after delivery at the customers expense. The product and packaging must still be in new and unused condition. Any free gifts must also be returned. Curtains returned outside of these conditions will deemed faulty and will fall outside of the terms. Additional return carriage charges will also apply. Outbound carriage is non refundable.

Pencil pleat curtain draw strings must not be pulled. If pencil pleat curtains are returned with drawstrings pulled the product will be deemed as used and non-refundable.

Drop Alteration Ready Made Curtains and Made to measure Curtains are non-returnable.

Poles and tracks

Curtain poles and tracks pre-packed can be returned within 7 working days of receipt of delivery at the customers expense. The product and packaging must be returned in its original condition. If the product is returned damaged it will be deemed as used and thus become non-refundable.

Made to measure Curtain poles and tracks are non-returnable.

Blinds

Ready made blinds can be returned at the customers expense within 7 days after delivery. Both product and packaging must be in new and unused condition.

Made to measure blinds and customised blinds are non-refundable and non-returnable items.
